Demi Lovato entered a treatment facility for emotional and physical issues on Monday, November 1st. Disney has issued the following statement: "We support Demi's decision to put her health first and we send her our best wishes."

Story:
A Midwestern teenage thespian (Demi Lovato) is thrilled when she's cast on a primetime teen soap opera featuring her idol. When she gets to the set in Hollywood though, she discovers the headliner is a spoiled diva and that working with her isn't all it's cracked up to be. Luckily she finds sympathy and understanding in the camaraderie of her fellow cast members especially the hunky co-star.
