Four-time Young Artist Award nominee Ben Savage returns as Cory Matthews, and two-time Young Artist Award nominee Danielle Fishel is back playing the role of Topanga Matthews. Young Artist Awards nominee Rowan Blanchard plays Cory and Topanga’s daughter Riley, who will be the central character on the show. Disney conducted a national talent search to find the perfect girl to play the role of Riley. Producer Michael Jacobs stated, “When you say this was a national casting search, this really was. We looked at just about everybody for the role of Rowan Blanchard”.
