Free Meisner Acting Seminar Presented By Joanne Baron

Joanne Baron, Artistic Director and founder of Baron Brown Studio hosts a free acting seminar on Monday, March 26th at 1pm, in the Baron Bown Studio, in Santa Monica, California. Joanne’s Masterclass is a focus on the Meisner Technique.

Joanne Baron studied under Sandy Meisner in his private class. Joanne began her training with renowned acting teacher, William Esper, head of Sanford Meisner’s Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City. She was there with William Esper for more than 14 years.

After leaving Sanford Meisner’s New York City Neighborhood Playhouse, Joanne and her husband, DW Brown formed the Baron Brown Studio.

As well as being an excellent opportunity to meet Joanne, Joanne’s Masterclass seminar introduces the Meisner Technique. She will also provide an in-depth explanation of the Baron Brown Studio. Many successful actors have studied the Meisner Technique, and attendees will soon discover the reason for this. The Masterclass lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

The Studio has been a wellspring for the theatrical casting and producing community for more than forty years. It continues to produce gifted actors, writers, directors, and producers who bring their training and talent to all aspects of theater, film, and television.

Included in the list of highly successful alumni are Halle Berry, Robin Wright, Mariska Hargitay, Patrick Dempsey, Leslie Mann, and of course, manymore.
